On a Mission

looking straight forward

4m hanging bench

after „Le Table“ for the ArtBodensee i found out that the 5 m Table needs a bench … that fits. so i made „Banki“ a 4m long bench. its wonderfull. the length is good for 2 people to lie or 8 people to sit. the only proplem was storage, but today i found some space where to keep it clean…

Raspberry Pi 3

By accident i managed to get a Raspberry Pi 3. Even toug it’s only borrowed i really enjoy working on this small-scale machine. The HDMI-port  is very impressive i think. Well… currently i’m thinking about getting one permanently, but at first i want to get at least one or two ideas work.

Prusa i3 – nice one

pjew, today i made 2 very small objects. they measure about 15mm (per side) … but still, the screw fits perfekt…

tha plan was to make a dowel for a brickwall. tha gap is going to be about 15mm.

i’m still getting more impressed each time i use this machine…   🙂

Fooling around with my 3D Printer | Prusa I3 MK2

Last day of christmas holiday. I was thinking about going over material borders.  Due to the still quite slow printing speed and expensive 3D-printing-material it defintily makes sense to reduce 3D-printing on connecting parts of for example a bigger structure. this is why i’m currently working on the connection to textile components. On the other 2 pictures you can see an attempt to print extreme thin and lightweight with an additional aluminiumlayer.
